This modern two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is set within a stylish and popular complex in the lovely, family-friendly beach resort of Son Parc.  The bars, restaurants, shops and 18-hole golf course of the resort are only a short five-minute walk away, and there are various of the island’s dramatic north coast beaches and harbours nearby, such as the harbours of Addaya and Fornells, and the beaches of Arenal d’en Castell and Na Macaret.  
Access to the apartment is via two flights of stairs (something to keep in mind for those with mobility problems) and through a gate onto a private terrace which boasts views of the complex’s community pool and the surrounding countryside. On this terrace, there is a built-in BBQ and outdoor furniture for the guests to use as they wish and enjoy the spectacular sunsets at night.


Through double glass doors is the open-plan living/dining/American kitchen area, that all reap the benefit of an air conditioning unit.  The furnishings are comfortable and the equipment is up-to-date; there are two sofas, dining table and chairs, TV with DVD and CD player.  The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, half-dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the necessary cutlery, crockery and utensils necessary for a self-catering holiday.  There is also a washing machine, located on a terrace to the rear of the apartment used for drying.  There are two bedrooms; one double and one twin, both have built-in wardrobes and share a full bathroom.  Guests of the complex can enjoy full use of the large swimming with adjoining children’s pool, that is surrounded by extensive terraces and gardens.  They also may make use of the apartment’s own underground parking space.
