These apartments offer relaxed, tranquil high quality accommodation in a quiet and virtually traffic-free location yet the bustling town centre with its numerous bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment facilities are just a 5 minute stroll away. It's lovely rustic fishing harbour of Calas Fonts, with its many waterside dining options, a couple of minutes further on. The capital of Mahon and its famous port are just 5 minutes by car or bus. There is also a small pretty cove and beach about 15 minutes walk away. There is a dedicated car parking space in the underground car park, and access to the apartment is by lift from the car park direct to the front door, or through the communal front entrance from the approach road.  The apartment is very well situated just fifteen minutes from Mahon Airport, on the edge of Es Castell, almost next door to the well established Rey Carlos III Hotel. It is a two minute walk from the local well stocked supermarket, and a ten minute walk from the main Es Castell shops and eating places.  There are a multitude of restaurants, cafes, pizzerias and tapas bars within easy walking distance.  The highlight being the many waterside eateries around the picturesque cove of Calas Fons.   The apartment is not suitable for children under 12yrs.

The living area contains a large sofa, two easy chairs, dining table and chairs, TV (limited English channels) and HiFi unit.
The two bedrooms each contain built in wardrobes with generous hanging space and shelving. They each have small balconies overlooking the quiet approach road.
The larger bathroom contains a bath with overhead integral shower, basin, toilet and bidet.  The second bathroom contains a shower, basin, toilet and bidet.
The well equipped kitchen has a stove with electric oven and gas hob, a large fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave, as well as the usual small electrical appliances.
There is adequate crockery, cutlery, pans and glasses stored in the generous amount of cupboards and drawers.

There is a small balcony off the kitchen which can be used to dry any washing. There is no washing machine.
