The house is built over a single storey and is set on a large plot of almost 1000 square metres, offering privacy and plenty of space for its guests. Upon entering guests will come across a large living room, tastefully furnished and equipped with TV and DVD player. From here, French doors open up onto the outdoor terrace. Just off the living room is the kitchen, equipped with electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.The bedrooms are comprised of one master double room with built-in wardrobes and ensuite shower room. The other two bedrooms are twin rooms with two single bed each, fitted wardrobes and a family bathrom between them. All bedrooms are air-conditionedAlso off the lounge is a conservatory area with a bar (and drinks fridge) and french doors opening on to the extensive terraces, garden and swimming pool.On the outdoor terrace there is a 9x4m gated swimming pool with slide, sun terrace and a garden. There is ample off-street parking at the front of the villa. Wifi is available at extra cost £40 per week. |
