Casa Pitiusa is a remarkable contemporary villa, designed by one of Menorca’s best architects.  It is a large 6 bedroom modern villa, there are three double bedrooms with king-size beds and three twin bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, there are seven-bathrooms in total.  This property is furnished and equipped with everything one could ask for in a holiday home, including two swimming pools, gym equipment, air conditioning, wifi and magnificent sea views. Beach/pool towels are also provided.

The property is located on the outskirts of Punta Prima, a lovely beach resort on Menorca’s south coast that is characterized by its white sandy beaches with clear turquoise water.  The villa is a five-minute walk from the family-friendly beach (which can be seen from most of the villa’s rooms) along with the bars, restaurants and shops in the area.  


This beautiful villa is set on three levels: the basement, the ground floor and the upper floor. The basement is comprised of a 2/3-car garage, the plant and equipment room and a utility room where you will find the washing machine and tumble dryer.  The main entrance on the ground floor opens up onto a light and airy hall with glass upper walls and then leads into the living/dining room area.  This room has sliding glass doors that allows plenty of natural light into the property and also provides access onto the terrace.  It is equipped with a DVD player, flat screen TV and surround sound.  A modern kitchen is just off to the side, with top quality units and appliances including fridge/freezer, an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery.  On the ground floor there are also three junior suites; each with twin beds.  They all have fitted wardrobes, ensuite bath/shower rooms, sliding doors onto the terrace and sea views.  Also on this floor there is a fourth suite with a king-size bed, a kitchenette with ensuite bathroom and its own entrance, which can be used as a separate annex for grandparents who wish for some privacy, nannies, au pairs, etc.  The last spaces on this floor are the two open air courtyards that provide some peace and quiet and then, finally, a shower room with toilet that can be accessed directly from the pool on the outdoor terrace, so that guests do not have to trail water through the house.  The upper level is where the two master suites are, both with built-in wardrobes, king-sized beds, plasma TV, ensuite bathroom (one with a bath-spa) and sliding doors on to a separate terrace with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea.  The main suite boasts a large bath next to a floor-to-ceiling window, and a large walk-in “granite” shower.  In addition, on this level there is a gym area with treadmill and cross-trainer.  The outdoor areas are on four levels: the balconies leading out from the upstairs master suites; the terrace outside the living/dining room area where there are several water features and delightful shrubbery; the next level down is where the large “adult” pool is situated (as it is 13m long it is good for those who wish to use it for lap training), as well as the outdoor dining terrace with BBQ and food-prep area; and finally the lower level has a children’s pool (also 13m long but only 0.75m deep).  The house has complete WiFi Internet access, full climate control air conditioning/heating, a glass walled lift that reaches all floors, and ramps for wheelchair access.  There is also an ensuite bathroom suitable for people with disabilities.  There is a full clean and change of linen and towles every three to four days.
