This traditional 6 bedroom, four bathroom Menorquin villa is set in the quaint and unspoilt village of Trebaluger with pretty whitewashed houses, a local supermarket and children’s play area.  The old towns of Sant Lluís, Es Castell and the small fishing harbour of Cales Fonts, a lively ‘traffic-free’ area with restaurants are close by as are the sandy beaches of Alcaufar, Binibeca and Punta Prima.  The superb Binifadet winery and restaurant is not even a five minute drive away and the airport and Mahon (Menorca’s capital) are both a 10 minute drive away.  You enter the property through the entrance door in to a large and spacious hallway.  Straight ahead is the lounge/diner with lovely high ceilings and ample room for the large curved leather sofa, and pine dining room table and chairs.  There is a flat screen T.V, DVD player and sky digi-box.  There is also a log burner for the cooler evenings at the beginning and end of the season.  Leading from the lounge/diner is the kitchen which has a large fridge/freezer plus another smaller fridge, microwave, electric hob and oven, dishwasher and washing machine.  It also has all the necessary crockery, cutlery and utensils necessary for a self-catering holiday.  There are four bedrooms on the ground floor and two bedrooms upstairs.  Two of the ground floor rooms are accessed from the left of the entrance hallway.  One is a single bedroom with standalone wardrobe and bedside table, the other is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside table.  Both these rooms share a separate family bathroom which has a sink, bidet, w.c, and a bath with a shower over.  On the right hand side of the entrance hallway are two more bedrooms which are exactly the same, one single bedroom with standalone wardrobe, a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.  These two rooms share a separate large shower room with sink, w.c., and large walk-in shower with rainfall shower head.  Stairs from the entrance hall lead to the final two bedrooms and bathrooms.  There is a mezzanine level overlooking the entrance hallway.  One bedroom in on the left-hand side and the other on the right-hand side.  There is a large double bedroom, with fitted wardrobes, dressing table and chair and chest of drawers.  There is a patio door from the bedroom leading on to the roof terrace which overlooks the garden and pool.  The bedroom has an en-suite, with sink, bidet, w.c. and bath with over head shower.  The second bedroom upstairs is a twin bedroom, again with fitted wardrobes, dressing table and chair and chest of drawers.  There is a patio door from the bedroom leading on to the roof terrace and there is also an en-suite with sink, bidet, w.c., and bath with over head shower.  The garden can be accessed from patio doors both from the lounge and the kitchen, there is a wrap-around covered terrace providing plenty of shade for both eating or sitting and reading a book! In addition there is a private swimming pool with Roman step access, the width is 4.25m and the length is 7.50m.  There is plenty of room for the tables and chairs for alfresco dining, and a gas barbecue. There are well established olive trees and fig trees providing natural shade.
