This refurbished two bedroom, one bathroom apartment is situated above Son Bou in a superb position overlooking the resort.  Steps lead up to the apartment, once you have entered up to the living room which has two sofas, a coffee table, DVD player, and doors leading out to the terrace with table and chairs and stunning sea views. There is Wi-Fi internet.  Off the living area is the brand new fitted kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave.  The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary crockery and utensils for a self-catering holiday.  A washing machine is situated in a separate cupboard.  There are two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with two single beds.  Both have fully fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning units.  The bedrooms share a brand new family shower room.  All apartments on this complex share a large swimming pool with attached children’s shallow pool.  Please note that this facility is not immediately adjacent to the apartment but a short stroll away.  As there are a number of steps leading up to the apartment entrance, this must be taken into account for those with mobility problems.  The accommodation is located on the hill rising up from the coastline, due to the uphill walk a hire car is highly recommended.
