This Mediterranean style villa is a stones throw from the turquoise waters and beautiful white sand of Binibeca beach or a short walk to the pretty village with cobbled streets, shops, bars and restaurants.

Las Palmeras is set on two floors and consists of four double bed rooms (recently reformed) with air conditioning and 3 bathrooms.  One bedroom has a double bed and the other three are twin beds, all bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Upstairs is a large bright fitted kitchen with table and chairs, a large living room with TV, comfortable arm chairs and sofa which leads to the upper balcony with various tables and chairs for dining or relaxing.

The large private pool is around 7 x 10 meters and is surrounded by sunbathing terraces and a well established and maintained boundary blanket which provides added privacy creating the perfect retreat for relaxing and sun bathing.

The beach is on the other side of the main street so it will only take a minute to walk to the white sands of Binibeca beach or the crystal clear waters which can also be accessed by swimming platforms made in the rocks.  It is in all a wonderful spacious house to enjoy a relaxing stress free family holiday.
