The Space

Villa Diani is a house located in the central area of Binibeca and recently renovated, it is in a very good situation although it does not have a sea view, it has a very nice and cool garden area to be under the shade of the trees.

The Villa Diani consists of 4 double bedrooms, two of them with double bed, and two with two single beds each. It has 3 bathrooms, two of them en suite and the third that is shared by the other two rooms. All rooms have air conditioning. The kitchen is also very comfortable and recently renovated in a modern style, open to the dining room with all the necessary appliances so you can cook your favorite meals during your stay. The living room has comfortable sofas where you can spend some time watching TV or listening to your music.

Outside we find a terrace with table and chairs with a nice view of the garden, then the pool area with sun loungers, a barbecue area and a pergola with table and chairs where you can enjoy dinner al fresco.

The villa is rented minimum in low season (April, May, mid-June, Sept. and October) minimum 5 nights. n high season: (July and August) minimum 7 nights.

Location

VILLA DIANI is only about 500 approx meters from the white sand beach of Binibeca and near the area of Cala Torret where you can find a variety of restaurants as well as bars, supermarket and bakery. The famous fishing village of Binibeca Vell is approx. one km away, where you can walk.

Binibeca Vell is well known for it's charming and pinturesque Fishermen Village. Located next to the sea, west area of the resort. Although the "Vell" name refers to old in menorquin, the truth is this is the modern area of Binibeca. Located only 300 meters away from the beach, it also has 2 little supermarkets in the area and a few restaurants. You will also find hidden bathing areas around the rocky cliffs of the resort.
