The Space
Villa Es Mirador has the most spectacular sea views. Ideal for relaxed and private holidays. With private pool, barbecue area, 3 double bedrooms with air conditioning/heating and wifi. Just off the main central street in San Jaime Mediterráneo, this charming one storey house has its own private pool, and given the privileged location the views of the sea and Son Bou beach, from anywhere in the house, are stunning. The house has been designed so as to maximise comfort for visitors. It consists of a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with a centrally located fireplace make this shared space a relaxing and enjoyable location for one and all. There are two double bedrooms, a main bedroom with a private bathroom, a common bathroom and a toilet on the outside terrace area. It has a games area with a ping pong table. The house has a spacious terrace that allows the maximum amount of sunlight in and from where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful views. The outdoor terrace with a barbecue area means you can also enjoy this alternative dining room for lunch on a sunny day or a beautiful sunset dinner under the star filled skies at night. There is also an area to sit back and relax in. The swimming pool and terrace area give our clients the option to get the most from the grounds of the house as well as the interior.
Location
Being one of the larger dedicated Menorcan holiday resorts Son Bou has a wide range of activities to offer for the perfect beach holiday, including various water sports – kayaking, waterskiing, banana boat rides, snorkeling, pedalos. In addition, it also has a beautiful sandy beach backed with extensive sand dunes, not concrete hotel blocks. Ideal for families with younger children and those just looking for a relaxing holiday.
Night life at Son Bou is varied with restaurants, bars, shops, hotels and a ten pin bowling hall and entertainments centre. Alternatively you can venture into nearby Alaior early mornings and evenings to wander through the old towns’ pretty streets or travel to Mahon or Es Castell with their lively harbours and old towns for a wide range of shops, restaurants and nightlife.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
