The living/dining room area comfortably furnished with sofas, a dining table that seats eight a TV with access to IPTV channels and Wi Fi internet access.  There is also a log burner in the lounge which may be much needed in the cooler months.  Just off the lounge area is the kitchen with white wooden cabinets and granite worktops. The kitchen is equipped with oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave. Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher.  There is also an adjacent utility area and a small shower room with sink and WC.  From the other end of the lounge area are two steps which lead to three of the bedrooms. There are two bedrooms with double bed, fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. Next to these two rooms is a bathroom with bath (with shower over), a sink in a vanity unit and WC.  The third bedroom has a double bed with fitted wardrobes and it’s own en-suite shower room, with sink.  Finally the fourth bedroom is accessed up two more steps, and has twin beds and fitted wardrobes. All four bedrooms have air conditioning.  Outside the villa is a good sized swimming pool (9 x 4m), with Roman steps access.  It is 1.9m at it’s deepest and .9m in the shallow end. There is plenty of room to sunbathe as well as a covered terrace if you want to find some shade. There is a bbq area and a roof terrace with sea views.
